Samsung: At Least Three Android Phones And A LiMo Handset in 2009




While Acer unveiled its plan to launch a pair of Android phones this year via the slightly ancient pen-and-paper method, Samsung used an even trustier method: spoken word. According to Reuters, the company’s head of product strategy Won-Pyo Hong affirmed that Sammy would sell “more than three” Android phones by the end of this year, and furthermore, it would “definitely” unwrap a phone using the LiMo Foundation’s Linux-based software before 2010 dawns.

Verizon touts 1 Million BlackBerry Storms Sold To Date



Well, it looks like the BlackBerry faithful have come out in full force to snag “Verizon’s best-selling device,” after all. iPhone Nano Now Rumored For June, Unicorn Delayed Again Until September

Good, because apparently the Chinese trade paper Economic Daily News is now reporting that Taiwan Semiconductor Company (TSMC) will be handling chip manufacturing for a low-cost device being referred to as… you guessed it: the iPhone nano. Gateway’s LT1004U Netbook Lands Domestically, At Office Depot Of All Places



We can’t get up for a nice cuppa these days without tripping over some new netbook, but still every now and again one offers styling that catches our eye. Such was the case with Packard Bell’s “dot,” an Aspire One rebadge with a striking red metallic hinge but otherwise familiar internals.
